Brief Description:  Install Overhead Console

1424 - 1600

Verify fit of console with strut brackets installed.

Trim console to fit around brackets.

Remove brackets and store them.

Rough all bonding surfaces with 80 s/p.

Vacuum and clean all areas in preparation for bonding.

Apply 3/8" bead of Lord adhesive to console flange.

Install console using clecos, weights, and clamps.

Remove excess adhesive.
