Brief Description:  Overhead Console Switch Panel

1330 - 1430 1830 - 1900

Continue with fabrication of switch panel.

Clamps were used to ensure face of switch panel was flat.

Remove clamps.

Sand and smooth all edges using bench sander and permagrit tools.

Verify fit to console. Some adjustments were necessary.

Sand all faces of switch panel.

Apply a mixture of epoxy, micro, cabo to all surfaces as a filler using a flexible plastic bondo knife.
