Brief Description: Install Cabin Top Forward Support
1718 - 1848
Remove all clecos from cabin top and tailcone top skin.
Remove cabin top.
Debur holes in forward support.
Final drill forward support mount holes in cabin top using 5/16" drill.
Fabricate 4 spacers from AT06 x 058 x 5/16" tube using Smithy Lathe.
Install spacers in cabin top using nylon faced hammer, flush with inside surface of cabin top.
Machine c-sink spacer/cabin top outside surface for flush screw. The plan is to epoxy over the screw heads, consequently the c-sinks are a fraction deeper than necessary to flush the screw.
