Match Drill Cabin Top
1236 - 1336
Match drill cabin top flange to fuselage skins, using #30 drill, cleco as drilled.
Two small areas of the cabin top flange need to be trimmed, when top is removed, to provide nominal clearance.
Verify cabin top fit to fuselage. Minor adjustment needed on right side. Re clamp cabin top in position.
Match drill holes in cabin top from F-1005 channels using 12" long #30 drill, cleco as drilled, 8x.
Top of channels need to be trimmed prior to match drilling, necessitating removal of cabin top.
