Using craft sticks and hot glue, align and secure inlets to cowl inlet.
I decided to extend the inlet ramp as there was a rather large 1" gap between the lower ramp and upper ramp. The inlet airflow in these locations would be very turbulent so I added sevral pieces of scrap f/g sheet.
Apply an epoxy/flox/cabo mix to join the corners of the extension.
Apply two layers of 9 ounce f/g cloth over the inlet joint, from the back side.
Apply two layers of 9 ounce f/g cloth to the back side of the ramp extensions.
Using remaining straight epoxy, apply skim coat on inner cowl surface using plastic applicator squeegie.
