Brief Description:
Fabricate Oil Cooler Mount
1318 - 1448 1530 - 1636
Remove gussets from mount.
Smooth all edges using s/b wheel.
Cleco mount together.
Final drill all #40 holes.
Final drill all #30 holes.
Remove clecos.
Debur all holes.
Dimple holes per plans.
Cleco mount together.
Rivet mount using p-squeezer.
Drill out two rivets installed in the QB fuselage kit, upper right corner of mount.
