Brief Description:
Fabricate Seat Backs
1324 - 1506
Clamp seat back angles to seat backs.
Match drill angles using #30 drill, cleco as drilled.
Layout and drill 063 top angle using 1/8" drill.
File and smooth angle apex to nest in seat back using vixen file and s/b wheel.
Clamp top angle to seat back.
Match drill seat back using #30 drill.
Remove specified eyelet from upper hinge sections.
Clamp lower angle and upper hinge section to seat back.
Match drill using #30 drill, cleco as drilled.
Clamp top flange to upper angle.
Layout and drill for flush rivets.
Repeat for other seat back.
Remove all clecos.
