Numerous tasks were accomplished to prepare for first engine start.
Add engine oil, 12 quarts Aeroshell 100.
Preoil remote oil filter with approximately 1/2 quart of Aeroshell 100.
Fabricate safety wire mount for oil filter. A small piece of 025 SS hseet was cut, drilled, and formed. The angle was then position and the firewall was match drilled. Holes were deburred and the angle was riveted to the firewall using -4 SS blind rivets.
Install filter, tighten, and safety wire.
Finish door handle install. Initial fit of interior handle covers. They needed to be relieved slightly so they were removed for home shop modification.
