Today we installed the upper fuselage skin per the plans. A small bead of sealant was applied as specified.
Clecos were installed every other hole in the strucure; every hole in the cabin top.
Beginning at the top center, we riveted the skin in place.
Once all rivets were installed in the structure, the blind rivets were installed using a p-rivet puller. We started in the top middle and alternated left and right until all rivets were installed.

Image 3 shows the LAST pulled rivet!
Next, the 8 longeron bolts were reinstalled and properly torqued.
The fresh air vent flanges were installed using blind rivets and screws. A bead of RTV was applied as a sealant prior to assembly.
The blue plastic was removed from the fuselage skin.
