This is a fiberglass sheet from Aerosport. The panel was trimmed to fit the headliner area, leaving approximately 3/16" relief from any corner.
Due to the rollover structure, the distance between the upper window corner and the structure is less than 1/2". This makes the fiberglass panel very weak in these areas. It should not matter as the sheet will be velcroed to the cabin top and will likely never be removed.
Once the seat are done, I will pick a headliner fabric. It will then be bonded to the fiberglass sheet and edge trim will be installed around the window perimeter.
