Brief Description:  Install Baggage Bulkhead Access Panel

1930 - 2118

Fabricate access panel cover plate from previously drille corrugated sheet.

Holes were enlarged to accomodate the skybolt studs.

Trim the corrugated sheet to final dimensions, debur, file, and smooth all edges.

Verify fit of panel and fasteners.

Clean and prep the panel for paint.

Apply SEM primer to cover panel.

Brake fittings checked...no leaks after 2.5 days...
