Today I routed and connected the new power and ground wires for the fuel senders. According to Princeton Electronics, the minimum voltage for the senders is 12 volts. The GEA24 supplies only 5 volts. The solution was to route power from the aux fuse block to each of the quantity sender plugs. Ground wires were also routed.

Routing additional wires required removing unnecessary tie wraps and then tie wrapping all affected bundles. Unfortunately, this meant time spent in the foot wells...

Next, the quantity sender plugs on the fuselage side were disassembled and reassembled with the new power and ground wires. Correct signal wires will be verified at power up.

The ground wires were routed aft, to the common ground bus located beneath the flap torque tube.
