I decided to use the Baja Designs Squadron Pro Flush Mount Spot for my landing lights. These were ordered and delivered. It was nice to see that BD included SS mounting screws and a mating weatherpack connector with the lights. The fit and finish of the BD lights is awesome!...and they are BRIGHT.
The custom brackets for the Baja Designs LED lights needed to have nut plates installed. Unfortunately, the holes had been pre drilled for a miniature nut plate which has a smaller dimension from hole to hole. I ordered the correct nut plates and they were delivered.
Machine countersink the mounting holes in the brackets. Install miniature nut plates using a p-squeezer and AN426 rivets.
