Install new conduit for control wiring. I decided to add a conduit to carry the small control wiring from forward to aft. This will prevent chafing in the conduit with the three large feed wires.
Locate and install conduit using standard methods. Conduit is secured at the forward end in a plastic snap bushing, in the center with tie wraps and mounts, and at the aft end with an adel clamp.
Next, I fabricated two conduit separator mounts for the aft end. These mounts will be riveted to the fuselage. Snap bushings will be installed. These brackets will kepp the large wires in place as well as support them.
