Install Electric Rudder Trim
1300 - 1600
Today I worked on finishing the rudder trim bellcrank and mount. Standard techniques were used to fabricate the bellcrank mount.
The subpanels were thent match drilledd using a #12 drill.
Linkages were fabricated from 8-32 threaded rods and rod end bearings. An 8-32 spring stud was used to attach the linkage to the rudder trim springs.
Linkages were designed to provide 1 3/4" spring extension per Aerosport instructions.
