Scribe baffles, remove cowl, remove baffle, trim and debur baffle.
Install baffle, cowl.
Repeat.
The aft baffles were actually fairly close.
The cowl now fits without interference from the baffles. Next, I will make the final trim on all the baffles yielding approximately 1/2" clearance on the cowl in preparation for the silicone baffle.
