Fabricate a fiberglass lip from scrap fiberglass sheet.

Remove ramps and apply two layers of packing tape on the edge to prevent bonding of epoxy.

Mix epoxy/flox/cabo.

Apply epoxy to pelum and lip.

Position lip on plenum and hold in place with packing tape.
