We fabricated the right side forward engine baffle and inlet ramp from 2024 aluminum sheet. We opted to fabricate an entire new front baffle as the Vans supplied baffle will be too short for the new cowl and 15" spinner.
Worked on the left side first as we did not have to contend with the governor.
