Engine Baffling
1330 - 1542
Sand and smooth previous modification to right intake plenum.
Install plenum.
Locate and mark area of plenum to remove to provide adequate clearance with cylinder head fins. This is a small area aproximately 2" x 2".
Roughen surrounding plenum and prep for f/g.
Using the previously detailed procedure, infltae balloon inside plenum. Apply pipe insulation to cylinder head, setting clearance.
Mix epoxy, wet out 3 layers of 9 oz cloth.
Apply f/g to plenum.
Install plenum with clecos.
verify fit and smooth f/g layup.
