Locate and drill pilot holes for bottom of lower cowl fasteners, cleco as drilled.
Remove clecos.
Remove cowl.
Trim and fit forward exit fairing per instructions. This was a slow process as there are many surfaces to work with and I did not want to remove too much material.
Cleco aft fairing to cowl.
Once forward fairing was trimmed to fit around all obstructions, clamp forward fairing to aft fairing.
Forward fairing needs to lie flat on cowl so I used a shot bag to weight the forward fairing in the cowl and engaged with the aft fairing.
Clamp forward and aft flanges together using cleco clamps.
Match drill forward and aft flanges for fasteners using #40 drill, cleco as drilled.
Remove clecos.
Cleco aft fairing to fuselage.
Cleco forward fairing to aft fairing.
Install lower cowl.
Verify fit of forward fairing with cowl. It fit nicely.
Layout and match drill lower cowl and forward fairing using #40 drill, cleco as drilled.
