Brief Description:  Install Nose Gear Fairing

1342 - 1542

Install fairing brackets per plans.

Locate and drill 1" holes per plans using step drill. Debur and smooth edges of holes using permagrit tools and s/p.

Install fairing on nose gear fork.

Scribe nose gear pivot on fairing.

Remove fairing.

Grind, debur, and smooth clearance hole using permagrit tools and s/p.

Install aft fairing.

Install forward fairing.

Verify fairing position in pitch, roll, and yaw.
