Relieve areas in forward and aft fairing to facilitate fitting around the nose gear strut. Install, mark, remove, relieve using permagrit tools and drum sander. Repeat until satisfactory fit achieved.
Install fairings.
Verify position in pitch, roll, and yaw using reference lines on floor and multiple framing squares.
Match drill through fairing and bracket using #40 drill, cleco as drilled.
Verify fit and position numerous times while drilling.
