Tape mounting bracket with packing tape to prevent bonding.
Rough mounting surfaces of pant with 60 s/p.
Mix epoxy/milled glass/cabo per plans.
Apply epoxy mix to inside of aft pant at mounting location.
Apply epoxy mix to mounting bracket.
Install aft pant using waxed screws. Tighten screws until just snug, no wheel pant distortion.
Using tongue depressor, smooth epoxy and remove excess.
Apply epoxy mix to inside of front pant and mounting brackets.
Install front pant with waxed screws and clecos at the flange. Tighten screws until just snug, no pant distortion.
Verify pant positon in pitch, roll, and yaw. The jig that I made previously was definitely worth the time spent making it. The correct pant position was easily repeatable using the jig.
