Brief Description: Prepare Cabin Top For Window Installation

Fit right side door window.
It appears that the size of this side is a bit different than the left side. Minor adjustments to the window were made to facilitate an unstressed window installation. The window was sanded using permagrit tools and s/p.
Mask left door window for flange.
During window fitting, I noticed that the epoxy used for the shims, hobbypoxy, had not fully cured. In fact, I could peel it off with my fingernail. I was not happy with this and ended up removing all shims and re installing them with West system epoxy mixed with cabo.
