Brief Description:  Install Nose Gear

1300 - 1600

Install Nose gear.

Debur all bushings.

Apply grease to bushings and install bushings.

Install nose gear assembly per plans, torque bolts.

Debur nose brackets and strut assembly. Debur and smooth isolator washers.

Install Mooney nose strut donuts.

Install strut bolt, torqe, and pin.

Final drill nose gear link collar using .311 reamer.

Install nose gear link collar and hardware, torque bolt. We used a ratchet strap to compress the elastomers.
