Brief Description: Assemble Wheels, Tires, Tubes

1054 - 1406 1436 - 1518 Unpack Matco RV-10 Brake Kit. Unpack Desser Retread Tire Kit. Install tubes and wheels in tires, 2x. Secure wheel halves per instructions. Install brake disc on wheel. Install tube and wheel in nose wheel tire. Secure wheel halves per instructions. Locate and drill axle securing bolt hole in nose wheel fork per Matco instructions. Pressure grease nose wheel bearings. Install Matco axle and bearings in nose wheel. Install nose wheel assembly in fork, torque bolts. Install nose wheel stop on nose gear leg. Pre grease nose gear leg and fork using Super Lube Synthetic grease. Install nose wheel fork assembly on leg. Secure with Bellville washers, flat washer, and nut. Need to get a fishing scale to set nose gear breakout pre load.
