Brief Description:  Prep Doors for Interior Paint

1700 - 1930

Prep doors for interior paint using 120 s/p. All surfaces were scuffed to promote adhesion.

Remove and label door hinge halves.

Bead blast hinge halves.

Clean hinge halves, paint all parts.

Using tack cloth, remove dust from door surfaces.

Clean surfaces to prep for filler.

Mix and apply epoxy/micro/cabo to form a slurry.

Apply slurry to door surfaces to fill weave and pin holes.

Tomorrow I will finish sand interior door surfaces and prep for paint.
