Brief Description:  Remove and Disassemble Doors for Paint

1530 - 1712 1800 - 1842

Remove doors from fuselage.

Remove door pin guide blocks.

Adjust door pins for proper clocking. When proper length was determined, loctite SS pins to pushrods.

Remove pushrods from mechanism and doors.

Remove latch mechanism from door.

Install lockset nuts with loctite and tighten.

Smooth edges of lockset locking arm. Verify smooth operation.
