Brief Description:
Install Right Door Pins, Pin Blocks
1536 - 1648
As detailed previously, usinf Vans and Planearound instructions, install SS pins in pushrods.
Enlarge pin holes in door channels to 7/16".
Trim Planearound pin blocks to proper thickness.
Match drill pin blocks to door channels, install cap screw as drilled.
Verify door fit and handle actuation.
Locate third latch block on door sill.
Match drill latch block using #12 drill, install cap screw as drilled.
Position latch cam on shaft and temporarily tighten set screw.
Verify mechanism operation.
The Planearound third latch should be a REQUIRED Modification to the RV-10...very nice.
