Brief Description:
Door Latch Mechanism
1518 - 1900
Working between three sets of intructions.
Using vans plans, fitted door pin blocks using bench sander and dremel.
Match drilled doors using #12 drill.
Match drilled door wall using 7/16" unibit.
Removed vans door pin blocks.
Enlarged 7/16" holes to 11/16" per planearound plans.
Using bench sander and dremel, fitted planearound door pin blocks.
Clamped door pin blocks in place and match drilled them to the previously drilled #12 holes in the door.
Remove pin blocks.
Locate and drill clearance holes for door racks using 1/2" unibit.
Assemble door latch mechanism for right side door per vans and aerosport instructions.
