Brief Description:  Bond Right Door Panels

Clean and prep door panels for bonding.

Mix epoxy for parabeam.

Wet out parabeam, brush bonding surfaces.

Mix epoxy-cabo.

Apply parabeam per plans.

Apply epoxy-cabo to all bonding surfaces.

Join door panels using 2 clecos.

Cleco door to fuselag index holes.

Cleco lower door to fuselage.

Cleco every other hole of window perimeter.

Clamp window pillars.

Cleco top of door to fuselage.

Apply duct tape to secure bonding flange to fuselage.
