Brief Description: Bond Door Panels

1418 - 1706 After reading the forums, I decided to add some clecos to the top door flange for clamping purposes. Drill cleco holes using #40 drill. Remove doors, debur holes. Mask fuselage for bonding using packing tape. Clean and prep door panels for bonding. Wet out parabeam structural filler. Mix epoxy, several batches, slow hardener. Apply thin layer of epoxy on door panel bonding areas. Apply parabeam pieces to inner door panel. Mix more epoxy, cabo per plans. Apply epoxy-cabo to all bonding surfaces. Join door panels using clecos per plans. Cleco door to fuselage and cabin top. Clamp door pillars using numerous spring clamps. Cleco all holes. Using finger pressure and small roller, pressed flanges together. Press crania, door latch area,l and elbow area together. Duct tape flanges to fuselage.
