This evening I applied what was supposed to be the final coat of clear, but it all went wrong ... sigh. For some reason I trusted the "air in 35 psi" written on the gun, so I was about 30 psi below what is required for MS-22 clear and got the globular flow and orange peel result to be expected, even after 30 % tack / 70 % flow coating. Looks like I'll be sanding for a few hours longer yet, but at least I'm learning something along the way.
