I drilled and sanded air vent holes in the top of both baffles, then scuffed around the landing light area to make the final layup of carbon. It's cold, so I put the small fan heater on low underneath to keep the epoxy at a reasonable cure temperature. Later I'll trim away the excess, rivet in a retainer bracket for the light and also two attachment points for Panduit straps to secure the leads and cooling air SCAT tube.
