James and I redesigned the inspection panel for the aft bay of both tip tanks, set the machine and let it run. Then we smoothed the edges, drilled, deburred, Alumiprep'd and Alodined the part ready for nutplates. The panel will be ProSealed on the inside when the time comes, with a doubler plate on the outside under the screw heads. We're happy with the result ... only 11 more parts to cut for the six tip tank bays (total).
