I trimmed the inner trailing end of the tip around the aileron, replaced the baffle to hold the tip in shape and pulled the tip into the leading edge with a tie down strap. Then I carefully measured out the hole spacing (2" instead of 2.5" due to the extra weight of fuel) and drilled to the skins.
Next I'll lay up two baffles inside the tank and cleco the tip back on while they set.
