Tonight I replaced the bulkhead fitting with a P-clamp at the forward end of the rear conduit to give me greater control over the direction that the wires point on exit. There isn't a lot of room between the ELT tray and elevator bellcrank, so this is kinda critical. I also put some self-amalgamating silicone tape around the AMP connector under the P-clamp, ran the master switch wire through to the master solenoid and connected the TCW IBBS trickle charge wire.
