I started by turning down a 5/16" countersunk brass screw and nut and soldering these into the end of a copper plate. I then used Bob Nuckholls technique to solder a forrest of ground tabs (sourced from SteinAir) on as well. Yeah I know, it's the copper plate from hell, but it wont break ....
