I drillled the central control torque tube for nutplates to hold on the D-Sub backshells, then fitted the loom. I need to be able to access the D-Sub connector easily through the leather stick boots, so the connector needed to be permanently mounted somewhere near the hole in the tunnel. Next I'll cable tie off the loom to the torque tube and work out the mounting position for the common connector.
