I match-drilled the lower windshield holes out through the fairing, then installed nutserts and screwed down the fairing. Next I'll JB-Weld in some doublers with nutplate to hold the lower fairing skirt to the glareshield. When that is all done I'll be able to do the final trimming, sanding, priming and painting ready to bond the part in place after the fuselage is painted.
