I spent quite a lot of time contemplating the slider skirts. I noticed that the profile of the support bracket didn't match the drawing, which would pull the skirt way too vertical. I also realised that I didn't clamp the sides of the plexi as I drilled the front and rear bows, so there is quite a strain on the plexi when pulled in to match the longitudinal bars. The front bow is later drilled to 3/16", so I'll remove those clecos, clamp the sides for final trimming, then bias the front bow holes to the aft to account for the slight movement in the plexi position. This is necessary to avoid cracks developing later ... no thanks !!
While we were at it, we put the pilot seat back in so James and I could dream and pretend for a while :-)
