First I filed the underside of the pin locks to mach the angle of the pin to prevent premature wear from loosening them up. I set the front bow against the spacers, locked the handles, set the rear track and then aligned and drilled the pin locks. Later I'll drill the middle hole, countersink and rivet these in place.
