I traced around the Windshield Bow (WB) onto a piece of polycarbonate sheet. I then cut the Rear Bow (RB) off the pre-welded canopy frame, built a jig and began shaping the FB to match the profile of the WB.
The bottom of each leg of the FB is straight and the final width needs to suit the width of the slider tracks. Frankly, it's a prick of a job with few clear instructions (for the pre-welded frame), so it's one of things where I need to tread carefully so as not to make an expensive mistake. It made me wonder why these parts couldn't be supplied a LOT closer to final shape ???
