Tonight I made two engine bolt tube spanners that easily fit inside the engine mounts - one for Tony Blair and one for myself.
I simply turned a round end on the stainless steel shaft to fit inside the socket, TIG welded the socket on, turned the weld down on the lathe and reduced the socket diameter to provide more clearance.
