Continued fabricating new passenger foot wells. They needed to be narrower to fit beside the Velo pilot seat. I also wanted narrow flanges, so I made 0.040" doublers for the underside to stop the dimples (which will be close to the cutouts) from distorting the floor panel (they'll still be back-riveted of course).
I am yet to cut the centres of the doublers out so they fit over the footwells from below.
Space is at a premium, so I may mount some electronic devices on the underside of the footwells if there will be enough clearance from the floor and/or aileron torque tubes.
