I dismantled the centre tunnel area and opened out the holes for the aileron trim springs per the Van's plans. I also raised the height of the autopilot roll servo arm slot slightly for better clearance. I then measured everything up, drilled the holes for the split pins and trimmed the springs slightly (I think the F1 Rocket center tunnel is narrower than the Van's design).
