Adjusted the flanges, measured, drilled, deburred and riveted the nutplates for the ELT and battery trays .... a much bigger job than meets the eye. There isn't enough room to use the squeezer in the normal fashion, so I made a small stainless steel wedge to help keep the squeezer die flat and the pressure straight down on the rivet heads. I discovered that you can't even trust nutplates to be symetrical or even the same from one to another, so put the same nutplate back where you pre-drilled is my suggestion !
