I wasn't happy with just one stiffener, the overall weight and the alignment of the stiffener rivets after trimming the shelf to size, so James and I made a new one using 0.025" sheet instead of 0.032". Tomorrow we'll finish the edges, prime, rivet the stiffeners in place and install the nutplates ready for assembly.
