Canopy track support bracket
I finished fabricating and priming the support bracket. I then smoothed the crescent shaped doubler, Alumiprep'd, Alodined and primed. Once they were dry, I reinstalled everything to check the fit of the door panel. Next I'll make a flanged spacer to fit between rear canopy track and beaver tail, then fabricate the internal shelf and match drill to the front support angle while I can still remove it to install nutplates.
