I taped up the area where the windshield fairing contacted the windshield and fuselage. At this stage I don't want the fairing to stick. I applied epoxy & Aerosil to fillet the gaps, then layed up the rest of my carbon fibre twill weave in strips and patches. I will need more layers of twill weave yet, but they can be applied later. When it's all set I can remove the fairing, trim to shape, then add the additional layers to the desired thickness.
